We have a range of services designed to enhance your shopping experience at The Palms Shopping Centre. Our friendly team is located in the Customer Service & Centre Management Office, and is happy to assist you in all aspects of your visit to the centre. The Palms Centre Guidebook is available to view the centre map and services. A print copy is available from our Information Stand located outside Cotton On Mega, or the Customer Service & Centre Management Office upstairs near the food court.
Complimentary wheelchairs and mobility scooters are available for hire during The Palms Customer Service hours:
Monday – Saturday 9am – 5pm
Sunday 10am – 5pm

The Palms has two bathroom facilities: one accessed from the corridor by the food court, and another down the corridor to Golf Links Road between Spark and ASB Bank.
Each of these facilities have single-sex bathrooms as well as an all-gender accessible toilet. The all gender bathrooms both have an accessible push button access system.
In addition, there are baby change facilities at both locations.
The Palms has two lifts which provide access to all floor levels within the car parking building. One is located next to Coffee Culture and travels to the first level of Reading Cinema and second level of the carpark. The other lift is located next to Number One Shoes and travels to the first level of the carpark.
Farmers also has a customer lift available inside their store.
The Palms has a robust evacuation plan. All emergency exits are accessible and hazard free. There are audible fire alerting devices as well as signs for hearing needs designed to use in bathrooms and for those who require additional assistance. An evacuation wheelchair is available if required. All of The Palms team and our stores are fully committed to these procedures and are actively involved.

The Palms Centre Guidebook is printed in an easy-to-read font for clear navigation, should you wish a larger print format, this is available from our Customer Service Team located between Cotton On and Strandbags.
Complimentary strollers, wheelchairs and mobility scooters are available for use from our Customer Service Team, located between Cotton On and Hannahs. These are available during The Palms Customer Service hours:
Monday – Wednesday 9am – 6pm,
Thursday – Friday 9am – 9pm,
Saturday 9am – 6pm and,
Sunday 10am – 6pm.
