The car park at the cinema end remains open all night however the north end of the car park gets closed just after opening hours e.g. 6 pm and 9 pm on late nights.

Gift cards can be purchased 7 days a week from the Customer Service desk located near Cotton On.

The Palms Shopping Centre makes shopping with babies and toddlers easier, with convenient, clean and well-equipped Parents Rooms. Follow the signage at the foodcourt. Facilities include change tables, private feeding rooms, lounge chairs, and nappy disposal.

NZ post is now located in the Shirley Library Service Centre, which is located on the north side of our car park.

We do not have that service available in centre. However, the Shirley Library located outside on the ground floor car park near Q store can take care of this service for you on Tuesdays between 10 am – 1 pm.

Our customer service desk can assist with calling Taxi services or you can go to the Countdown customer service desk. Collection points are at Golf Links Rd and The Arena/Outdoor dining entrance.Â
