Get ready for a magical experience that will melt your heart. The Palms Shopping Centre is bringing you the opportunity to book your very own pet santa photos with Santa Claus himself! Can you imagine the joy and excitement on your furry friend’s face as they get to meet the jolly old man in the red suit? This is a one-of-a-kind chance to capture precious memories with your beloved pets. Pets include: dogs, cats, birds, bunny’s, guinea pigs, turtles… you name it, Santa wants to meet them!

Note:Â prior to booking, all pets and owners MUST meet 10 mins before your booking OUTSIDE the centre, by Coffee Culture in the outdoor dining area. Please look for a customer service representative and the Pet Photo sign.Â

 We understand that some children may have sensory challenges, and that’s why we have created a relaxed environment just for them. Our Sensitive Santa photo experience is designed to provide a calm and comfortable photography session, ensuring that every child feels at ease. And the best part? These sessions are held before the stores open, so you can enjoy a quieter and more sensory-friendly Santa experience.Â
Remember, online bookings are essential for these special photography sessions.Â

YOUR EXPERIENCE…
Your experience will entail walking through a winter candyland, where you will meet Santa’s helpers, receive a Palms Christmas gift^, and take a photo with Santa.Â
Please note bookings are limited and only available until sold out. The maximum number of people per session is four— a minimum of one child and one adult. A child is classed as a newborn to 15 years, adult is classed as 16 years and over.
The 2024 Palms Christmas gift is an activity book & pencils, which are only available while stocks last.
If you are booking Pet Photo photos, you are agreeing to the below terms:Â
It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they are accountable for their furry friends at all times. If necessary, pet owners must bring waste disposal bags to properly handle their pet’s waste. However, please note that it is strictly prohibited to dispose of waste in the bins located inside the center.
In the event that any animal displays aggressive behavior, we kindly request that they be promptly removed from the center to maintain a safe environment for all.
Prior to your scheduled booking time, pet owners must wait at the designated entrance outside of the center. Upon arrival, a staff member will meet you at the specified entrance and guide you to the Santa photography set. Please remember to bring your pets with you into the centre for their photos.
